Job Description
Job Summary:
The Counter Coordinator moves between different check-out counters to supervise and assist Cashiers in their work. They ensure that all customers are attended to properly and help them with any issues or concerns.
Job Specification:
- Educational Attainment
– Preferably, but not necessarily, a graduate of secondary education or a vocational course or higher.
- Work Experience
– At least 1 year of customer service work experience.
