Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Counterparty Lifecycle Management Analyst to join our team. As a Counterparty Lifecycle Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding and ongoing due diligence process for our clients and counterparties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of potential counterparties to assess their eligibility and risk level
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for the onboarding process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor and update counterparty data and documentation
- Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments for existing counterparties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to counterparty due diligence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in counterparty lifecycle management is preferred
