Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Country Head of HR for the APAC region. This position requires strategic HR leadership to drive organizational growth and ensure alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
Key requirements include strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. A minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience in a multinational company is required.
