Our client, NL Business Solutions, a leading company in Ortigas City dedicated to providing high-quality products which is committed to the development and growth of their employees, is seeking a motivated and experienced CPA to join their team.

Job Description:

• Responsible for accurately entering financial transactions, such as invoices, expenses, and payments, into accounting systems or databases.
• Reconcile financial records, such as bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage expense reports, including reviewing and verifying receipts, tracking expenses, and preparing reimbursement requests.
• Handle financial documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and financial reports, and ensure they are properly filed and organized.
• Provide support to the bookkeeping process, including maintaining general ledgers, recording journal entries, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciling accounts, and addressing any audit inquiries or requests.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

• CPA
