Job Description
Job Summary:
The Creative Director will lead the brand’s creative vision, ensuring consistency in visual materials. Responsibilities include managing the creative team, design projects, and aligning strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand’s creative vision across all channels.
- Lead designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
- Oversee production of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to align strategies with brand identity.
- Ensure creative outputs resonate with target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and present concepts to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in creative leadership.
- Experience managing creative teams and projects.
- Strong portfolio and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
