Job Description
We are seeking a Credentialing Manager to oversee provider enrollment, primary source verification, and re‑credentialing to ensure compliance with payer, state, and accreditation standards. The role manages credentialing workflows, maintains CAQH and licensing records, coordinates privileging, conducts audits, resolves credentialing disputes, and prepares compliance reports. As team lead and primary liaison to payers and providers, the manager drives process improvements to reduce turnaround time.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in provider credentialing or enrollment
- Knowledge of NPDB, CAQH, and state regulations
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proven leadership skills
