Job Description
A Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing and analyzing the creditworthiness of individuals or organizations applying for loans or credit. They review financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant financial information to evaluate the risk involved in granting credit. Additionally, they determine borrowing limits, interest rates, and payment terms based on their analysis. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis software and knowledge of risk management methodologies are also required.
