Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle financial service inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members

Needed Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months BPO/contact center experience
  • 1 year or more customer service experience
  • Prefer candidates with financial services experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
