Job Description
Wilshire Resorts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Credit and Collection Assistant to join our team in Davao City. You will be responsible for daily reconciliation of payment activities, ensuring accurate fees and taxes, and managing customer inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of payment gateways
- Timely receipt and remittance of taxes
- Investigate and process Chargeback Requests
- Liaise with Operations and Reservation teams
- Generate weekly reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- At least 6 months experience, fresh graduates welcome
- Willing to work full-time
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour day shift.
