Job Description
Wilshire Resorts, Inc. is looking for a motivated Credit and Collection Assistant to strengthen our credit and collection operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue balances, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. These tasks are vital for minimizing credit risk and ensuring prompt payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivable and conduct customer follow-ups.
- Assist in assessing customer creditworthiness.
- Maintain detailed records of collection efforts.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in credit and collections.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
