Job Description
As a Credit and Collection Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit department and managing the organization’s collection process. You will analyze credit data, develop credit policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will lead a team to monitor accounts, negotiate payment terms, and resolve delinquent accounts.
Key responsibilities include assessing credit risk, developing strategies to minimize bad debt, and improving collection procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in credit management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
