Job Description
We seek a remote Credit and Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, evaluate credit risk, and recover outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Monitor customer accounts, prepare and update account statements, and maintain accurate records.
- Contact clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally.
- Escalate complex or delinquent cases to finance or legal teams as required.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit or collections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and CRM systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
