Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit and Collection Staff. As a Credit and Collection Staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit and collection activities of our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing credit applications
- Assessing creditworthiness and setting credit limits
- Monitoring and collecting outstanding debts
- Negotiating repayment plans with customers
- Coordinating with external debt collection agencies, if necessary
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential.
