Job Description
As a Credit and Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing the credit and collection activities of the organization. Your primary role will be to ensure that customer accounts are managed effectively and debts are collected promptly. You will be working closely with customers to establish payment plans and ensure they meet their payment obligations. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating credit risks by conducting credit assessments, monitoring payment trends, and advising on credit policy changes.
