Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all charge transactions within credit line otherwise with credit override or accommodation approval duly approved by the authorized signatories.
- Approachable and always wear a smile to assist internal customer professionally especially on the month end process.
- Accurate receivable posting, payment application and adjustment made.
- Ensure to submit timely and accurate mandatory reports; reconciled accounts with accounting; CWT compliance.
- Monitor returned Parts underpayment, properly coordinated both with the Jobbers account and Parts Department.
- Review credit history of every account and constantly innovate collection procedure for prompt payment.
- Establishes list of clients with active contact numbers and to update any changes; observe collections procedure of every customer. Ensure strict confidentiality of accounts history/financial records.
- Maintain files of invoices, billing documents, receipts and other pertinent documents necessary for document trail purposes.
- Compliance on company policies.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Credit and Collection Head.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
