Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Credit and Collection Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit and collection activities of the company, ensuring timely payments from customers and efficient management of outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of credit and collection staff, providing guidance and support to ensure goals are met
- Monitor customer accounts to identify potential credit risks and develop appropriate strategies for risk mitigation
- Review and approve credit applications, establishing credit limits and terms for customers
- Implement collection strategies to effectively recover overdue payments, negotiating payment plans when necessary
- Analyze customer payment trends and provide recommendations for process improvement
