Job Description
As a Credit and Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the credit and collections process within the organization. Your duties include evaluating credit applications, setting credit limits, and collecting overdue payments from customers.
You will work closely with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures.
