Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Card Support Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer support related to credit card inquiries and issues. Duties include investigating transaction discrepancies, resolving payment errors, and assisting customers with account management.
The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in customer service or financial services is preferred.
