Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect outstanding accounts receivable from existing customers.
- Report to the Accounting Supervisor and/or Head.
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts.
- Support collection calls for accounts receivable.
- Document daily collections activity.
- Research account disputes and billing discrepancies.
- Respond to credit inquiries from clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Financial Management/Accounting.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay: Php20,00 – Php25,00 per month
