Job Description
Join RELX as a Credit & Collections Specialist I, where you will minimize financial risks by assessing the creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. You will investigate and approve credit applications, liaise with corporate clients to resolve credit issues, and negotiate payment terms for overdue accounts. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience in Credit and Collections, and exceptional communication skills. Experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment is preferred. Willingness to work mid-shift and in hybrid setups is essential.
