Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit/Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing credit evaluations to determine creditworthiness of clients
- Monitoring customer accounts and initiating collection actions
- Negotiating payment terms and arrangements with customers
- Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to collections
