Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for overall creditworthiness evaluation of borrowers based on 5Cs and preparation of credit approval memorandum or checklist. Responsible for ensuring all data on documents are validated before approval.
Responsibilities:
- Performs credit evaluation for various loan products
- Verifies and reviews credit investigation and appraisal reports
- Ensures compliance with credit policies
- Validates financial documents information
- Prepares credit approval memorandums with financial analysis
- Coordinates approved/declined applications with teams
Other Tasks:
- Responds to application status queries
- Makes recommendations and contributes to operations
- Reviews policies for improvement areas
- Keeps units informed of policy changes
Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Knowledge of Credit Analysis and Evaluation
- Location: Bacoor, Cavite
