Job Description
Position Title: Credit Investigator
Reports To: Branch Manager
AGE: 21-30
Number of CI needed: multiple
WORK SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in field work is highly recommended
- Experience in Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling
- With strong decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze
- Ability to plan and communicate
Objectives:
Can identify, communicate, and work towards clearly defined goals
With driver’s license
EDUCATION:
- 4-Year course graduate preferably:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Communication
Fresh Graduates are accepted (K to 12 graduates are not yet accepted)
RESIDENCE:
Within the area in which we operate
Key Result Areas:
- Thorough investigation of credit applicants
- Effective management of branch credit portfolio
- Account Efficiency
- Collection Efficiency
- Resolution of overdue and delinquent accounts
Tasks:
- Background investigation of credit applicants
- Preparation of Credit Investigation Reports
- Reviewing Aging of Accounts with Collectors
- Deciding with Collectors on Action to be taken for Delinquent accounts
- Assisting Collectors with Problematic accounts
- All other tasks that may be assigned by his Superiors
Expected Start Date: 01/30/2024
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,500.00 – Php18,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
- Cabuyao, Laguna (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Cabuyao, Laguna: Relocate before starting work (Required)
