Job Description

Duties may include working on the following items:

  • Review of financial statements and conducting of financial spreading analysis.
  • Vetting of loan data and reviewing covenant onboarding set-up.
  • Aid in the implementation of monitoring to manage credit risk effectively and efficiently.
  • Facilitate the gathering of essential portfolio data.
  • Adhoc projects and support.
  • Construction loan draw package review:
  • Consultants report assessment
  • Title endorsement and Lien Waivers check
  • Site Inspection report review
  • Budget Tracking, and Invoices review
  • Loan draw Memorandum preparation
  • Update client platforms CodeFi, nCino, Salesforce and Xperience LIP

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years commercial credit analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Adept with spreadsheets, databases, presentation and word processing applications.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management, strong presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks, ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure situations. Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Strong initiative and work ethic, and an ability to work well both within a team and on a self-directed basis.
