Job Description
The Credit Risk Associate will be responsible for:
- Performing light and detailed credit checks following the latest credit models created by the central credit team
- Providing advice on credit proposal origination, approvals, and other external financing risks for the business team
- Initiating flexibility requests to subjects demanding lower security
- Coordinating and presenting subjects in the localized APAC credit committee
- Driving approval from the central credit team and representing the region
- Performing periodic credit reviews based on the latest company financials
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Risk Associate should have:
- 3 years of experience in credit analysis of regional corporates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
- A strong track record of extracting and tabulating relevant data to draft credit papers
- Great relationship management with credit rating partners in SEA countries
- Experience in credit marketing/evaluation/approval role in financial institutions or loan approval in banks
