Job Description
The Crew Controller oversees crew rostering, monitors duty compliance, and manages shift changes to maintain uninterrupted operations. This role requires accurate recordkeeping, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with operations and HR to resolve conflicts and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Schedule and adjust crew assignments; track certifications and rest requirements
- Maintain accurate records and use scheduling software effectively
- Coordinate with operations and HR; act decisively under pressure
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in crew management or operations preferred
- Attention to detail, flexibility, teamwork, and a strong safety focus
