Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating with training centers and medical providers when necessary as well as contacting seafarers on the process of mobilization.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Ensures timely processing of visa and other formalities relating to the joining crew and ensures that all pre-joining documents are complete, checked, and verified.
2. Responsible for the pre-joining preparation of approved personnel: certification, courses and tests, medical examination appointment, and maintains contact with personnel while on leave and during mobilization.
3. Responsible for making all Training enrollments and maintains accurate and up-to-date records in ShipSure Crewing and uploads documents if necessary.
4. Responsible for processing flag state document applications and maintaining control procedures and provides administrative assistance to other members of the Crew Cell.
5. Performs any other matters as may be required by the Crew Supply Manager in the efficient running of the Office.

Qualifications:

1. Good communication (oral and written) skills.
2. Thorough awareness and good understanding of cultural and diversity issues.
3. Good organizational and planning skills and proven ability to work to, and meet, tight deadlines.
4. Good computer operating skills including word processing and spreadsheet experience.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels with keen attention to details.
6. Computer savvy.
7. Bachelor’s degree in any field/ Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate.
8. Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month.
