Job Description
We are seeking a Crew Manager to oversee crewing for officers and ratings, prepare crew proposals, and manage recruitment to ensure client compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining 90-day rosters, monitoring vessel manning and legal and union requirements, evaluating seafarer performance, identifying training needs, and keeping accurate crew records. The role involves conducting pre-engagement and post-sign-off briefings, managing P&I claims and onboard issues, submitting monthly and annual reports, and performing timely performance appraisals while collaborating closely with recruitment, legal, and welfare teams.
