Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities and assisting our sales team in the Inside Sales department.

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the CRM system, identifying sales opportunities, and following up with leads and prospects. You will also be responsible for generating sales reports, analyzing data, and recommending strategies to optimize our sales process.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
