Job Description
FairTutors is seeking a skilled CRM & Automation Specialist to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing our CRM systems, primarily utilizing GoHighLevel. Key duties include developing automation processes, workflows, and pipelines, as well as creating effective email and SMS follow-up sequences. Additional tasks encompass configuring calendars, forms, and booking systems, alongside troubleshooting any CRM-related issues.
Ideal candidates should possess experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM platforms, demonstrate strong knowledge in automation and workflow design, and exhibit a high degree of technical proficiency. Familiarity with other CRM and automation tools will be considered a plus.
