Job Description
A CRM Business Analyst plays a vital role in gathering and analyzing enterprise data to improve customer relationship management initiatives. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, gather data, and perform analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and increasing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into CRM system functionalities.
- Design and develop CRM reports and dashboards for monitoring performance and evaluating customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM systems and other business applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in CRM-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
