Job Description
Fast Play Leisure seeks a CRM Manager to design and execute data-driven CRM campaigns that increase engagement, retention, and revenue in online gaming. You will analyze customer data for segmentation and personalization, manage end-to-end automated campaigns, and collaborate with Market Leaders and Affiliate Marketing. Additional responsibilities include training customer service teams on CRM tools, evaluating the service experience, identifying sales opportunities, and reporting on customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Requirements: 5+ years iGaming CRM experience, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer-service orientation, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with sales/marketing software, and flexibility for shift work.
