Responsibilities:
– Database management: data entry, organization, and cleanup
– Assist on back end technical support
– Lead agents’ actions in CRM and create reports
– Ensure all leads are contacted and monitor metrics/KPIs
– Build automation workflows and develop new courses
Experience and Proficiency:
– Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Expertise in Go High-Level and automation workflow development
