Job Description
More about the team:
Working in the CRM Operations Team, supporting the product and planning in design, build, QA, and deployment of emails and other CRM communications
- Set up and schedule campaigns based on a brief from CRM Planning: content proofing, segment creation, QA and scheduling for Email, SMS, on-site communications, or any other CRM channels using tools like Symplify or Optimizely.
- Creation of complex customer audience targeting using Tealium data platform based on CRM Planning requirements.
- Update email templates, push, or inbox and support the business with new features requirements, using Adobe Campaign and Movable Ink.
- Daily monitoring of team’s Jira board, task management, and process optimization.
- Meet daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in collaboration with various other departments to gather necessary assets for campaign content building.
- Process-focused and hands-on capabilities.
- Pro-active, inquisitive, and flexible.
- Ability to work in tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and process-driven.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Interest in learning more about Email marketing, design, content, and coding.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience in CMS and email marketing tools.
