Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service (CS) Team Lead to join our growing team. As a CS Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of CS representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and resolving escalated customer issues.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with proven leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position. Experience in managing a team and implementing process improvements is a plus.
