Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Prior customer service experience and knowledge of our industry are a plus.
