Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic CSR/Appointment Setter to join our team. As a CSR/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments for our healthcare account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or online chat
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing issues or concerns
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized appointment calendar
- Updating customer information and ensuring accuracy in the system
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and communication
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
