Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CSR/Brand Analyst to join our team. As a CSR/Brand Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer satisfaction, brand perception, and market trends to assist in developing effective strategies for our company’s growth.
Your main duties will include conducting research on customer behaviors, market competition, and industry trends. You will gather and analyze data to generate reports and provide insights on improving customer satisfaction, brand positioning, and marketing efforts.
Key qualifications for this role include strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively present your findings and recommendations to management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market research to evaluate brand performance.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare reports and presentations on data analysis, trends, and recommendations.
