Job Description

STRICTLY FOR APPLICANTS WITH GREAT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

-Will act as the point of contact for customers

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and utilize Clients systems
  • Update Customers on project status and answer questions accordingly
  • Utilize computerized systems to track projects
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through virtual channels
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Provide communications such as emailing and chatting with Customers and Operation Teams
  • Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks
  • Act as solar system expert and provide high level of customer service
  • Follow escalation pathways for unanswered questions and issues
  • Leaving notes regarding conversation issues and/or solutions in Portal

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Proficient in the use of virtual communication tools and systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in Portal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th-month salary

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
