Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer communication via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office
