Job Description
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate issues. Candidates must be calm under pressure and have computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Communicate through various channels.
- Know products well to assist customers.
- Process orders and requests accurately.
- Keep records of interactions and provide feedback.
