Job Description
iStaff Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to enhance our customer relationships in a full-time role. The successful candidate will manage support requests via our online support portal, email, and occasional phone calls, all within a dynamic mobile communications environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Zendesk for customer assistance.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities while solving customer issues.
- Escalate any uncertain content to the appropriate team.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php22,00.00/month
