Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Emergency Calls (911). As a CSR, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals contacting emergency services.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle emergency calls promptly and efficiently
  • Gather accurate information and assess the situation calmly
  • Dispatch emergency personnel in a timely manner
  • Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers, if necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software
