Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months International Account BPO experience
- Must be residing in Metro Manila
- At least Senior Highschool Graduate.
- Good and clear communication skills.
- Okay to work onsite (Kalayaan Ave., Makati)
Recruitment Process:
- HR interview via phone call
- Final interview via MS TEAMS
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls/email from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
