Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their financial accounts.
- Provide assistance and solutions to customers’ inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in financial account management, is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using customer service software applications and Microsoft Office tools.
