Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Face-to-Face Interview ONLY.
- At least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate, 18 years old and above.
- Conversant in English, with strong listening skills and empathy.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience in a call center environment.
