Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Financial Tech division, specifically in our Sanction Screening Line of Business (LOB).
As a CSR in the Sanction Screening LOB, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently evaluating and analyzing financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with the screening systems, applying knowledge of various financial products and services to identify potential risks and threats.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out rigorous screening of financial transactions to detect and deter money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illegal activities.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to review and resolve flagged transactions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of investigations and actions taken.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance screening processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough assessments.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to spot patterns or anomalies.
- Good knowledge of financial products, services, and associated risks.
- Experience in financial compliance, risk management, or related fields is preferred.
