Job Description
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, account questions, and other queries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least HS/SHS grad with or without BPO exp
- With BPO experience is preferred but not required
- Must have stable internet connection
- Above-average communication skills
Salary:
- 18k basic + 1500 allowance
- 1k rice allowance to be given on 4th month
Perks & Benefits:
- HMO day 1 for employee
- HMO upon Regularization for dependents (HMO Coverage will be discussed during the JO)
- Incentives – Will depend on performance
- 20% Night differential
Work set-up: Work on-site | Voice account | WFH after probationary period depending on performance
