Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Bath and Body Works, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

This position requires a passion for the Bath and Body Works brand, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Bath and Body Works products, promotions, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about Bath and Body Works products, including ingredients, usage, and benefits.
  • Continuously update knowledge of current promotions, new releases, and company policies.

Order Processing:

  • Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to convey information clearly.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and suggestions for improvement.

Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and assess overall satisfaction.
  • Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to enhance customer engagement.

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary:

Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
