Job Description
Aspire Global Solutions Incorporation is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative for our Healthcare Account. In this role, you will be the vital link between our organization and our healthcare clients, ensuring a seamless and empathetic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Healthcare Clients: Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts with care and empathy.
- Navigating Healthcare Systems: Guide clients through healthcare processes, helping them understand benefits, claims, and other related matters, while ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all information is appropriately documented for future reference.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns and issues efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Technical Assistance: Assist clients in navigating online healthcare platforms and provide technical support when needed.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare industry regulations and privacy requirements, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, processes, and regulations to provide clients with accurate information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client issues and provide clients with comprehensive support.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
