Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for Hotel Reservations. As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hotel reservations, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding hotel reservations
- Provide product information and answer any inquiries
- Assist customers with booking hotel accommodations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
